Questions

What happens at zero balance?

Live projects pause and new deploys are refused. Pushes are dropped, not queued, so after you top up, push again or redeploy.

Does anything renew?

No. Credits are prepaid and nothing renews on its own.

What does Pro add?

Team invites for up to 10 people, GitHub organisations, and a 7-day grace for teammates if Pro runs out.

Can I get a refund?

There is no self-service refund button. Contact support.
